Online e-Gift Cards

Online e-Gift Cards are valid for ONLINE use only, not valid in-store purchases.

After completing the purchase you receive two emails:

1. A purchase receipt.
2. Email with a link to claim and/or store e-Gift Card.

You need to forward the second email to the person you are purchasing it for; they will need to store the email for safe keeping, click on the link to print a copy of the e-card, or they can add the e-card to their Apple Wallet. Unfortunately this function is currently not available for Android devices.

Furniture is available for In-Store Pickup and Local Delivery.

Kate Co Home – What to Expect on Delivery Day.

We want your delivery to be smooth and stress-free! Please review the following guidelines to help us serve you better.

Payment & Scheduling

• All balances must be paid in full at least one day before delivery.

• No cash on delivery (C.O.D.) orders are accepted. If payment is not made, delivery will need to be rescheduled.

Preparing for Your Delivery

• Clear your driveways and walkways (remove snow, ice, or obstacles).

• Make space inside your home by clearing a path to the delivery area.

• Remove fragile items like pictures in hallways or stairways.

• Pin-hinged doors can be removed if needed, but our team cannot do carpentry work (e.g., removing moldings or banisters).

Measuring & Fit Policy

• Measure doorways, hallways, and stairwells before placing an order.

• A 10% restocking fee applies if the furniture does not fit through your space.

• Custom orders cannot be returned.

Your Sales Receipt

• Your receipt will be given at the time of purchase or emailed to you.

• Keep your receipt in case you need service or have any questions about your order.
